About my copyright

My characters (Haruka, Harukage, Rocky, Phoenix, Alcor, Rainbow, Akane, Eneka, Mute, Spike: The Blue Alien, the Brikurus, the Beltran, the Geolia, the Zunik, the Alierook and the Oxilok) are 100% my creations. (But I call attention that the Rainbow's base design [Henchman 800], Alcor's base design [Rayman], Eneka's base design [Knaaren] and Mute's base design [Rabbid] are all created by Ubisoft Entertainment)

I never steal the art of the others and I always give credit to them. And when I draw characters or stuff that aren't my fruit of creation, I only draw them for personal fun and not for anything else. I give also credits everytime is necessary.

The photos are also 100% of my authory, since it's me who takes the pictures as my camera model is a CANON PowerShot A570 IS. (And the photos taken from my mobile, my model is a NOKIA 5310 Xpressmusic)

Everytime you draw my characters, please give to me the credits and let me know about the work. Never use my characters for other endings: NEVER. If you are in doubts with something, please contact me.

No, my art was never stolen (I think!), but please follow these rules. As you can also notice, I always sign my works with my rubric or edit the picture with my dA nickname (On old art that I have it doesn't appear but I'm looking forward to put them the nickname too). If you someday find the same works but without my rubric/name present or you see my art being used without my knowledge PLEASE CONTANCT ME.
If someone goes too far, it will be punished. (No joke)

Howdy, don't approach please. I awaked this morning with difficulties in swallowing, which means that tomorrow I will awake with a cold... Damn!

I'm really sorry for not comment too much the deviations, the journals and replies but not having my PCs available it is really frustrating... One is inactive for 2 months and other is doing an upgrade for Windows 7 Home Premium. At least my desktop PC is going to have now 4 GBs of RAM (Yes, new components), a new antivirus (Said to be the best on market) and dual-boot of Windows XP Professional and Windows 7 Home Premium. (>83 Bye bye, Windows Vista!) And guys, for those who have got Windows Vista, you really SHOULD UPGRADE TO SEVEN, I've been reading great reviews about it and I still didn't touch on Windows 7.

Ugh, about school, everything is normal, well we are practising watercolours on Drawing A classes and I've done a 30 seconds animation on Multimedia Office B... And P.E. classes continue to be deadful. On the previous class I almost got killed by 4 (male people with more than 60Kgs each) classmates falling on me on acrobatic gymnastics, pretty awesome uh?

And have you guys already tried out the 3 WiiWare demos that Nintendo put available for free downloading on Wii Shop Channel? I must say that I quite liked the NyxQuest demo, following Bit.Beat and... I didn't like the FF one...

And is there anyone with Pokémon Diamond or Pearl (Or even PKMN Battle Revolution for Wii)? I have the will to battle online, please if you are interested to battle with me just give me a call!
Speaking about online battling, Friday 13 was damn awesome. I had two random online matches on PKMN Battle Revolution with my Pearl party, the first one was easy to win now the second, I think that the bad luck really affect the 2nd player, because from 4 VS 4 (Single battle) I won him with one Pokémon with 1 HP. :lmao:

And guess what, I started to play Pokémon Silver for real, I must be ready for the Soul Silver game. XD

And on December I'm predicting to get 2 new Rayman items for my collection, let's see if all goes well. A friend of mine lend me today his Dreamcast, for I can finally play my R2 for DC on his console, but I'm having trouble on getting an image on my TV, because I think that the video cable is a RF. Pft...
