Pricing

The prices are calculated with:

Used Materials + Complexity/Difficulty level + Total Time Spent + Material Spending

For traditional commissions. For digital commissions, the price is calculated with the Complexity/Difficulty level + Total Time Spent.
  
It can be applied a sending tax of the original drawings in case of the person wanting to get the original drawing (optional choice). The tax is obligatory for Hand-Crafted Statues and paintings in canvas. The sending tax doesn't exist in Digital drawings/paintings. The commissions are sent as Registered Mail (the safest way to send the commissions) carefully packed by myself to protect it as most as possible against transportation damages, in hand delivering mode (the signature of the person who receives is requested by the mailman in the act of delivery), taking (pattern times) up to 3 business days for Europe and up to 5 business days for the rest of the world.


Pricing (2012) of the sending for commissions until 2Kgs:


EUROPE

Up to 20g: 3,07€
From 20g to 50g: 3,50€
From 50g to 100g: 3,75€
From 100g to 250g: 4,75€
From 250g to 500g: 6,25€
From 500g to 1Kg: 8,95€
From 1Kg to 2Kg: 13,25€

REST OF THE WORLD

Up to 20g: 3,16€
From 20g to 50g: 3,80€   
From 50g to 100g: 4,30€  
From 100g to 250g: 5,70€
From 250g to 500g: 8,75€
From 500g to 1Kg: 15,80€
From 1Kg to 2Kg: 25,20€

For commissions with more than 2Kgs of weight, the prices need to be consulted by myself since it varies greatly between different countries.


Conditions

1 - The person must have at least a good communication level in Portuguese/English/Spanish.

2 - Before accepting a commission, it's done a revision to the content that the person wants to see in the final work. For some reason I might not accept doing the commission asked.
Here are some examples:

- My OCs Usage (I don't accept commissions that involve my Original Characters)
- Unsuitable Theme (I don't do obscene drawings or with suggestive themes)
- Complexity/Difficulty level superior to my own capacities (Because it doesn't exist a perfect artist in any part of the world)
- It takes too much time to be concluded (No one likes to wait too much time)

3 - Each edition of opened commissions, there's a limited number of slots which can be filled by people who want a commissioned work. If the slots are full, feel free to ask me by note if I'm available to open another slot.

4 - To ask a commission, send me a note (never on journal comments) with a suitable subject and please try to be detailed on what you want (but not exaggerate: not too much small and not too much long). Reference pictures are very well welcomed, aswell it saves up a lot of time (and cost less money).

5 - Accidents happen. If I'm in a middle of a commission that got paid before, and during its execution it happens an unpredicted event (like illness, accident, urgent personal subjects, etc) that takes too much time or an unpredictable amount of time, I will cancel the commission and return the money back.

6 - If you ask a drawing and you wish to get the original drawing (this is obligatory for Hand-Crafted Statues and Canvas, and not applicable in Digital Drawings), the sending tax is paid by the person who is destined the work. At the moment I send by mail, I'm not responsible for damaged/missing packages that I send, being that in charge of the company that distributes mail on your zone (Under normal circumstances, I send the commissions the most protected as possible from any kind of aggression it can happen during transportation, by having it between two bigger box cards bits (sometimes wrapped with glue-tape) and all inside a "pillowed" envelope. I also send the package as "Registered Mail with Signature Request" to ensure some security level during the transportation act, aswell it is possible to do Online-Tracking. During the deliver, it will be requested the signature of the person who receives the package). The person who shares up the destination address of the commission is also responsible for its correct typing in case the package itself does not arrive or goes backwards to me again.

7 - Commissions are paid by PayPal only. I don't accept any other kind of payment.

8 - The currency that the pricing will be fully calculated, is the Euro (€).

9 - If you have doubts or other questions, don't hesitate in contacting me via dA Note.

10 - By asking and paying a commission, it means that you read my conditions and you are fully agree with its content.

0% - I didn't start it yet.

Between 0% and 25% - I'm working in the sketch.

25% - The sketch is done.

Between the 25% and 50% - I'm working in the lineart.

50% - The lineart is done.

Between the 50% and 75% - I'm working in the colours.

75% - The base colours are done.

Between the 75% and the 100% - I'm working in the final details, fixing details and adding volumetry.

100% - The commission is complete and ready to be delivered.
